Very Down to earth Attorney

Benjamin Whiting has a clear pattern of using tactics meant to intimidate, confuse and distract his OWN clients for his personal entertainment and financial gain. Beware his ‘polite conversation.’ This is a predatory tactic to gain a clients trust, use it against them later on and exercise a power over dynamic. Beware, he will exhaust your retainer by stalling court dates, ignoring your attempts to communicate, and withhold information. In my case, Benjamin Whiting attempted to negotiate a terrible divorce settlement all while leaving me in the dark. Thankfully I had been counseling with another trustworthy and respected law firm in Jackson. They helped me put together strong evidence for trial which Benjamin Whiting had avoided because that required actual effort. Benjamin Whiting exploited my cognitive disability, lied to the Judge and lied to the AGC. Benjamin Whiting is a direct example of corruption in the Justice system. In the absence of genuine character, Benjamin Whiting is surly steering his own boat off course and into a maelstrom, which is his privilege.

Run! Took over two years to get a divorce because he wasn’t filing and he will never call you back like he says he will. All around just very unprofessional. I wish someone would’ve warned me.
